Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only when the size received differs from the size originally ordered. To be eligible, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging intact.
How to Request a Return

Refund Processing
If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you received an incorrect size, our team can assist with an exchange, subject to availability.
Additional Information
Return shipping is covered by us only when an incorrect size was sent. Sale, customized, or personalized products are not eligible for return unless there was a size discrepancy.
